SteelCity Bobcats Join GDFL

Pittsburgh, PA– After yesterday’s news the Gridiron Developmental Football League has another exciting announcement. A second franchise has been approved and will join the GDFL for the 2021 season and beyond.

Effective immediately, the SteelCity Bobcats will become a member of the Gridiron Developmental Football League. The Bobcats join the Charleroi Sabers as the second northeastern developmental football franchise to join the GDFL within the past 24 hours.

The Bobcats will play all their home games in Pittsburgh, PA, Herb Troy Stadium. “On behalf of the SteelCity Bobcats and Pittsburgh, PA, We are exhilarated to represent this wonderful league in the 2021 season and beyond.
