Upstate Predators Join GDFL

Rochester, New York-The Gridiron Developmental Football League is pleased to announce the Upstate Predators of Rochester, New York . 

"We are excited about competing in the GDFL , we are building a strong foundation and a brand  which is why we chose to be apart of the # 1 league in the country and have made the commitment for the 2020 season and beyond. The GDFL which will afford our fans an opportunity to enjoy the best that Pro Developmental Football has to offer. It allows the Predators to expand our footprint and grow into a nationally recognized brand." said Predators/Owner Tommy Love.

I am a firm believer that the only way you can WIN and be successful as a Football Team is you gotta build a solid  foundation! That solid foundation starts up front with good offensive lineman.

“I feel like they sky is the limit,” Love said. “We’re only expecting to go up. We’re going to really be concentrating on first and foremost, finishing the season successfully, in the top four in our division so we can make the playoffs. When you make the playoffs, it begins a new season and it’s win or go home.

• We have 6 coaches on staff

• We have 8 active board members

• Each season we hold a kids camp for local kids ages range from 4-17

• 3 out of 4 seasons we have made it to the playoffs 

• 2018 first year in NFA championship game 

• 2 time Annual Sandstone Bowl Champions

• Making our first appearance in Florida for a bowl game this upcoming January

Our schedule looks favorable. I feel like we’ve got a good opportunity, going into the 2020 season, we’ve got the potential to go to the National Championship Game.”
