Top 10 Match-ups Highlight GDFL Week 6 Slate

MEMPHIS- The weather is hot and the action is hotter in the Gridiron Developmental Football League. This week, some key match-ups are on deck. The top ranked Huntsville Rockets (4-0) will head up I-65 to Nashville to take on the Middle Tennessee Bulldawgs (3-0) who have leaped up to third in our rankings. Both teams endured hard fought victories. This week should be no different.

The second ranked Mississippi Road Warriors (4-0) will attempt to defeat the #10 Oklahoma Outlaws (2-1)As they prepare to make the road trip to Oklahoma City for an epic battle. The last top 10 game will feature the eighth ranked Tri-City Outlaws (2-1) taking on the ninth ranked Lexington Red Dragons (2-1). The three match-ups guarantee some shifting in next week’s rankings.

Other match-ups include the the Memphis Blast (2-2) welcoming the River City Pythons (2-2). and the Central Ohio Cavalry 0-3 head towards West Virginia to battle the Smash (0-3). Back to the top 10 the seventh ranked Starkville Steeldogs (2-1) with host the Madison Generals. The most intriguing game that a top 10 team will play should be the sixth ranked Georgia Crush (3-1) taking on a tough Chattanooga Eagle team that are the 2017 GDFL runners-up.
