Royals Looking to Bounce Back as They Travel To Play The Knights

by GDFL Media

Tacoma,Washington-The Everett Royals will be traveling to Tacoma on June 18th and are looking for their first regular season win as they play the Grit City Knights in Week 4 of the GDFL season.

Both the Royals and the Knights are coming off losses in Week 3.  While week 3 may have been a setback, there is plenty of reason for optimism for the Royals in week 4.

The Royals have multiple threats at Quarterback with Rodney Raines, Terrence Allen and Jaden Sheffy all of whom have shown ability to move the ball down the field this season. The Royals have shown incredible depth at Wide Receiver and have seen Ahri Manning emerge as another threat in the open field.

On the Defensive side, Robert Barber has shown his ability to make big plays at Defensive End or Defensive Tackle and Tallon Corey is coming off a big game on the Defensive side.

Another player to watch this week is Kicker Wyatt Paul who added another 50 plus yard field goal to his resume against the Rebels.  There are many that believe Paul’s consistency as a kicker has established him as the top Kicker in the GDFL.

Fans traveling to the game or watching on the livestream should be in for a treat as the Royals look to build some momentum before their bye week.
