Predators take down Falcons

Rochester,New York-The Upstate Predators hosted Division opponent The New York Falcons at Franklin HS in Rochester,NY in a blowout of 42-0. Predators would play well on all sides of the ball and executed in all 4 quarters causing immediate pressure from the Defensive Line led by leaders Ricky Norris and Jakayi Parker.

This game started out fast in a 4 play drive leading to the games first TD with a fade ball in the back of the endzone for a “HEADTAP” to Eddie Jackson passed by Reigning MVP Billy Joiner.

This game featured a breakout game from rookie receiver Desmond Battin who scored 2 TD receptions on his first 2 catches on the season and also a 2 pt conversion. With a host of negative plays for falcons offense gifted by our tenacious Defense. Every play had 11 green jerseys around and it didn’t stop until the clock hit 00:00. 

Next week Predators will be traveling to the Troy Fighting Irish (2-2) a very scrappy team who will becoming off an upsetting loss to the Syracuse Strong. This week will be labeled “Flip Day” as a memorial game for Jamel “Flip” Tarver. Kickoff is slated for 7 PM at Watervilet Highschool.
