  • Niagara Falls ,NY – The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) is proud to announce the addition and partnership of the league's newest team based out of Niagara Falls, New York.

"The Cataract City Wolverines are the GDFL newest member kicking off their inaugural season in 2021. With a tradition of high-quality football, great regional rivalries and sound business model, the GDFL presents a terrific opportunity for the for the Wolverines ," said Team  Head Coach Terrell Holland

This is the Wolverines 1st season as an organization, but we expect the best competition there is. We feel as an organization, starting our team with the GDFL is the best move for our franchise. Niagara Falls and the surrounding community has been hungry for a quality football team for a long time. The Cataract City Wolverines are proud to add a positive and professional experience to our community. Bringing a big time football environment that our fans can be proud of and support

The Gridiron Developmental Football League is a Professional Developmental Football League based in Memphis, Tennessee. This League was established to provide the community with high quality sports entertainment and to provide athletes the opportunity to participate in professional sports.
