Baltimore,MD-The Baltimore Lightning won their first GDFL game in convincing fashion over the New York Falcons 34-0.

The Bolts were led by quarterback TERRON PAGE (New Town HS) who went 9/14 155 yards passing with 2 TDs, and added 85 yards rushing including a 50 yard touchdown run.

Page’s two touchdown passes both went to phenom wide receiver WILL FEDD #2 (Dundalk) who would end the day with 3 TDs and over 150 yards receiving.

Backup quarterback LARRY SMITH (Franklin HS) would enter the game and go 2/2 for 80 yards including a 60 yard bomb to Fedd.

The Lightning would add a special teams score as well with an 80 yard punt return for a touchdown by the speedy DAQUAN “STAR” MINTS.

The Lightning defense posted its first shutout in the GDFL showing the Falcons different looks and often times confusing New York’s offense.  The Bolts would give up less than 100 yards of total offense to the Falcons.

The Baltimore Lightning now head to Cleveland to face a vaunted Rams team that has shown their one of the very best in the country.
