New Orleans,LA-Crescent City Kings Family, We were deeply saddened to learn of the passing of Sherman Gillum, your esteemed co-founder and leader. Please accept our heartfelt condolences on behalf of the Gridiron Developmental Football League during this incredibly difficult time.

Sherman was not just a co-founder of the Crescent City Kings; he was the heart and soul of the organization. His dedication and passion for the game were evident in every aspect of the team, from the way he led with integrity to the stellar program he helped build. Under his leadership, the Kings became a force to be reckoned with. More importantly, he impacted countless lives through his commitment to excellence and community.

Sherman’s legacy will undoubtedly continue to inspire those who had the privilege to know him, both on and off the field. His memory will live on in the victories and the spirit of the Kings, who will forever be a testament to his vision and hard work.
