Kentucky Mambas Strike into the GDFL

Paducah, Kentucky – The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) proudly welcomes the Kentucky Mambas, an exciting new franchise set to debut in the 2026 season.

Led by Owner Stevo Robinson, the Mambas have been in development for over a year, with Robinson working tirelessly to establish one of the most well-respected and organized programs in the region. His vision for excellence has already taken root with the announcement of the team’s new home facility—the Paducah Sportsplex, a state-of-the-art complex complete with a new turf field ready for kickoff in 2026.

To mark their arrival, the Kentucky Mambas unveiled three stunning uniform sets—green, black, and white—each accented by their signature venomous branding. Paired with their bold new black helmet featuring the coiled Mamba logo, the team’s identity embodies speed, strength, and fearlessness.

The Kentucky Mambas will host player tryouts on August 23, 2025, at 5 PM at 601 County Park Rd in Paducah, KY, giving athletes across the region an opportunity to become part of something historic.

“The Mambas represent more than football—we represent hard work, preparation, and pride in Kentucky,” said Robinson. “We’re ready to strike in the GDFL and compete against the nation’s best.”

The GDFL is excited to welcome the Kentucky Mambas into the premier developmental league in the country and looks forward to seeing them make their mark on the national stage.
