Jessie Caldwell appointed Regional Director

Memphis,Tenn-The Gridiron Developmental Football League is pleased to announce Jessie Caldwell of the Cleveland Cobras Football Organization has been appointed a Regional Director. GDFL Regional Directors will assist the Commissioner in ensuring teams adhere to objectives consistent with the leagues goals and mission. Not limited to standards, goals, health, safety and risk management requirements.  

Help develop external partnerships. Ensures that members are encouraged to participate in a variety of program areas/activities and receive instruction and constructive feedback to further the leagues initiatives. Demonstrates sound leadership to assure conduct, safety and development of members.

Ensure the evaluation of organization on a continual basis and ensures response to member needs. Jessie is the owner and assistant coach of the Cleveland Cobras. He has written bylaws for both the Great Lakes Football League and the Heartland Football League. Jessie has 121 career wins as a coach and administrator. He is an avid Civil War buff. 

“The executive team is looking forward to working with Jessie and our other regional directors to strengthen our league regionally” said league CEO Charles Thompson. “Our Regional Directors will report to the commissioner who directly reports to the Director of Football Operations, said league COO Tracey Scott”. We are furthering our position as thee premiere developmental football league.
