GDFL RECAP:Predators dismantle the Colonials to Remain Unbeaten

by Gridiron Media

Rochester;New York-This past weekend Predators have officially sat in their throne as kings of the 585 with a 44-6 win over the Charlotte Colonials to close out the series for the season.

This game would involve big hits , forced fumbles , run overs and long passes all with a presence of rivalry. Defense would be good but special teams caused 3 turnovers 2 from former colonial DB Tahj Lewis who had 3 forced fumbles this game talk about bad blood as a whole.

Darius Fulton & Myke Wilder both also would score on defense. Defense is showing playoff football at this point in the season as one of the best defenses in the country !

Billy Joiner once again shows why he’s a league favorite for this years MVP award throwing for 2 TD’s and ran for one as well. Another 250 yard game to the books which would put him at 1014 yards for the season with 2.5 games left to go , also in conversation for OPOTY Sammy Diaz , Tommy Love & Tre Jones. This offense is super electric with so many players making names for themselves.

Colonials will get their lone score in the 4th quarter by ATH Shane Noble who plays all phases of the ball and is one of the best players on the field at all times. After this league holiday bye week , Upstate Predators are hosting the Syracuse Strong a rematch in a game that could not be finished due to inclement weather conditions. So this game has all the making to be a great one.
