GDFL Players In Arena Football

The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) is pleased to announce our “Next Level Pro Class” of the 2018-2019 season.  The Gridiron Developmental Football League would like to pay tribute, honor and recognize the achievements of; Steven “Ironman Fluker” of the Memphis Blast, Zack M. Brown of the Georgia Crush, Zachery Ducker of the Middle Tennessee Bulldawgs and Brandon Sheperd of the Oklahoma Thunder. We congratulate them on taking their game to new heights while developing their craft and skill through the highest level of developmental professional football.

 ZACHARY DUCKER

Zachary Ducker of the Middle Tennessee Bulldawgs played this season for the Carolina Cobras of the National Arena League. The wide receiver played in seven games compiling 34 catches for 324 yards and a touchdown. Ducker also had a rushing touchdown. His season ended early due to a knee injury.

Steven “Ironman” Fluker

formerly a member of the GDFL Memphis Blast has completed a successful 2018-2019 season as Pro Arena Football athlete for the Amarillo Venom (2018) Cape Fear Heroes (2019) . Fluker played offensive tackle and tight end for the Heroes and was named first team All American Arena League at offensive lineman. “This is a well-deserved award and honor I’m very proud “Ironman,” said Blast head coach Charles Thompson. “His fight and personal dedication to getting better for not only himself but also his team to accomplish success is our mission. He is a true Ironman in the trenches where it begins and ends with us I am very honored to have been able to assist and coach this gentlemen in continuing to grow as a professional football player.”


Zack M. Brown

Zack M. Brown formerly of the GDFL Georgia Crush is a member of 2018-2019 season  for the Jacksonville Sharks as a fullback and linebacker. Last year, Brown played with the American Arena League (AAL) Champions, Atlanta Havoc. This season brown led league in tackles for loss.

 Brandon Sheperd

Brandon Sheperd formerly a member of the Oklahoma Thunder three time GDFL National Champions has completed a successful 2019 season as pro indoor football player for Sioux Falls Storm. The wide receiver helped the Storm win their 11th Indoor Championship (The United Bowl) as members of Indoor Football League. He closed out the season with 51 receptions for 864 yards and 17 touchdowns.
