Memphis,Tenn – The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL),is proud to announced a partnership with Johnson Athletic Scouting (JAS) has a very successful track record in advancing players to the next level.

Johnson Athletic Scouting is based out of Atlanta, Georgia and provides advancement opportunities to athletes across the country at all levels. In addition, JAS will provide the GDFL with an additional source and opportunity for player advancement and paid professional contracts.

“The GDFL has advanced hundreds of players to the next level. Devin Breaux former NFL player (New Orleans Saints) is the measuring stick and the beacon of light, that allows players to continue to strive to that Next Level.

As the premier league in the country we are constantly looking for opportunities to enhance our athletes and the ability to advance them to the next level. Johnson Athletic Scouting resources and track record for assisting players in advancing them to the next level will be an additional benefit to ensure our athletes will be put in the best possible position to maximize their potential.

The GDFL is entering its 13th season of play which kicks-off the last weekend of May with the annual Hype Bowl which signals their kickoff weekend. This event will provide JAS an up close and in person look at some of the nations top developmental football players, both college and non college eligible. “Our league maintain some of the top athletes in the country both college and non college eligible players”, said Thompson. Johnson Athletic Scouting will be tasked with working with athletes that have utilized their college eligibility and are now seeking to advance to the professional level.

GDFL will set up a Proday/combine that will test the abilities of our Athletes dates to be announced.
