PRESS RELEASE

Gridiron Developmental Football League makes Sports Illustrated

Recognition as a Top D League

Richmond, Virginia, February 9, 2017:

I am proud to announce that the Gridiron Developmental Football League has been recognized and covered by Sports Illustrated. This is a major accomplishment for the GDFL, its franchisees and members.

“ I am so proud of what Mr. Thompson has been able to accomplish with this league” stated COO Tracey Scott for every brick thrown he has laid a foundation for sports excellence. I also would like to thank this awesome team of directors for their hard work and commitment to the GDFL. The GDFL has steadily risen to prominence to be recognized as a premiere D League. We also congratulate the Rivals & APDFL Leagues for also being recognized in the article.

Sports Illustrated is an American sports media franchise owned by Time Inc. Its self-titled magazine has over 3 million subscribers and is read by 23 million people each week, including over 18 million.
