GDFL IS ON FIRE! Columbus Fire Join

Columbus, OH-The Gridiron Development Football League (GDFL) is proud to announced that we have added the Columbus  Fire (10 x Champions) to our 2020 roster! The Columbus Fire celebrates 20 years of existence with a very reputable history behind them. Team General Manager Clinton Wallace Jr. announced today that the Columbus Fire would be entering the Gridiron Developmental Football League for the upcoming 2020 season and beyond. The team is based out of Columbus, Ohio.

A league that offers the best brand recognition and support system to grow our team moving forward.Our fans & players deserve to see competition at its highest level.These are some of the best teams in the country, that’s why we decided to make this transition to move forward. That’s what we are looking for and that’s what we’re getting in the GDFL. Which is a National Developmental Football League. Everyone has to compete, whether it’s through your Region, the National Playoffs or Championship Series. It’s a proving ground for us to showcase ourselves and prove that we are still one of the top programs in the country". It’s the competition, It’s the level of players that are here. We will push every day, you get things here you can’t get in other places.” stated Wallace.

“We are excited to add a high-caliber team  such as the Columbus Fire to the league”, stated Charles Thompson GDFL . “We know entering their twentieth season that they have been consistently a top level organization on the field while also being a model team to emulate off the field. They bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the GDFL and we are very excited to be adding them to our roster.

The Columbus Fire is the 29th overall champion the league (GDFL) has added, they have a tradition that is second to none with an impressive resume that would rival any football organization in the country on any level 20 yrs of existence with the accolades to match.
