GDFL GAME PREVIEW:GRIZZLIES LOOKING TO MAUL THE OUTLAWS

Clarksville,Tennessee-GDFL Week 7 begins with the #8 Knoxville Grizzlies at #4 Tri-City Outlaws on Saturday at 6 pm in Clarksville,Tennessee. The Outlaws made a statement with their win over the #6 Rockets in Week 5 by a score of 26-10 and will look to build off of that momentum in Week 7.

After their first meeting in Knoxville,  the Outlaws came away with a win due to the up start Grizzlies not being able to get a suitable amount of officials in time for kick-off so the game was ruled in the Outlaws favor per league rules. 

Even though Grizzlies appeared to have won on the field in a game that was under protest,It was clear the Outlaws didn’t travel well because a number of players were still playing on spring teams.This has been a major issue over the past few seasons and has challenged the Outlaws in post season as well.

However, when the Outlaws are at full strength, they are one of the best teams in the Nation and can compete for a National Championship if their players are committed. Recent reports are showing that the Outlaws are indeed charged and at full strength, which means the Grizzlies could be in for a rude awakening. Grizzlies Owner,Hakeem Worthen added fuel to the fire earlier today by stating he couldn’t wait to play the Outlaws and is still fuming over the first meeting.
