Game of the Week:Outlaws look to tame the Grizzlies

The GDFL has pushed through Week 2 and is rolling into Week 3 of the season. This weeks scheduled Game of the Week will feature #5 Tri-City Outlaws from Clarksville,Tennessee and the #7 team Knoxville Grizzlies from Knoxville,Tennessee.

 Both teams are undefeated coming into South Division and both teams, are trying to stay ahead of the pack with the defending National Champions Racine Raiders and #2 Upstate Predators both clearly are ahead of the pack while the rest of the league are looking to keep pace.

 The Outlaws were defeated in the first round in the 2023 playoffs versus the Racine Raiders (Wisconsin) and have a bit of a chip on their shoulders. While the upstart Grizzlies are looking to prove they belong. The Grizzlies are coming off a bye week and should be well rested, after defeating the Kentucky Spartans 24- 0 in week 1.

While the Outlaws got a victory over the Memphis Panthers by a score of 21-0. Unfortunately the Division has gotten a late start do to mother nature causing weather related issues.

The Kentucky Spartans and the Huntsville Rockets game had to be postponed until this weekend. So the Southern Division is up for grabs but whoever wins this game will be 2-0 and will be in control of the Division heading into Week 4.
