Maurice Williams accounts for four first-half touchdowns as Express beat Smash 70-0
MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — Maurice Williams rushed for two touchdowns, passed for two more and returned a punt for a TD as the Erie Express rolled to a 70-0 victory over the West Virginia Smash on Saturday night in a Gridiron Developmental Football League game.
The Express improved to 5-0 overall and 4-0 in the GDFL, while the Smash dropped to 0-3. The Express, who led 43-0 at halftime, have outscored the Smash 128-0 in two meetings this season.
