Denver Sharks Join GDFL

Aurora, Colorado-The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) is proud to announce the addition and partnership of the league's newest team, the Denver Sharks.

"We are thrilled to announce the addition of the Denver Sharks GDFL," stated GDFL Director of Operations-Colorado Damon Ware. "The Sharks bring a strong winning tradition to the GDFL while solidifying our geographic footprint. We look forward to the intense western rivalries the Sharks will bring to the GDFL and  partnership with the team and city."

The 2018 CFC Champions will compete as new members in the GDFL's 2020 season. The team will compete and play all their home games at the Apps Stadium in Aurora, Colorado .

Additional news and expansion team announcements will be revealed in the coming weeks.

About the Denver Sharks

Denver sharks started was established in 2017 and quickly became a powerhouse team in the Colorado Football Conference and went undefeated their first season and won the 2018 CFC Championship. In their 2019 season the Sharks came up short in the championship only to fall short by a blocked field goal.

 "The Sharks are coached by a Hall of Fame Coach Shannon Richardson.who has 8 championship rings and is one of the former building coaching members of the Colorado Greyhawks,"said Denver Sharks Owner, Toshi Richardson.
