Charlotte Colonials Dedicated to Development

Rochester,New York-At 21 years old, Robert Smith traveled across the ocean to Germany to play professional football for the Spandau Bulldogs in Berlin Germany. 

After just 1 season with the Colonials, Robert was a standout athlete and became a impact player for the Charlotte.

played college football at Alfred University.

We all knew he was capable. He has the drive and hunger to continue getting better and out work everyone.

Athlete is a word that can describe him very well. He has a sense of moxie! What stands out the most is how he Carries  himself on the field and off the field said coach Carlo of the Charlotte Colonials. 

We are extremely proud of Mr.Smith. We can’t wait to see how well he does in Germany, we will definitely be paying close attention and rooting for him the whole way! 

Charlotte Colonials program was started for players to get film and to receive assistance for other opportunities. The last few seasons the Colonials  have had much success with players going to college and playing professional football  overseas.

With the regular season still in play Robert has scored 9 TD and 2 PR for TDs. 

And he’s not done yet! The Gridiron Pro Developmental Football League and Charlotte Colonials salutes Robert Smith on his continued success!
