Arkansas Wolverines are official and ready for 2017 season

The Gridiron Development Football League (GDFL) has announced that the Arkansas Wolverines are now officially locked in for the 2017 season. "This is a great ownership group that understands the direction of the GDFL and how important it is to be very uniformed as a league and know this is a great direction for our teams" said COO Tracey Hardney-Scott. "With the teams solidifying their roles as professional developmental football teams by joining our league and focusing on the training and development of their players as well as building a solid product on and off the field, it will only strengthen the value of our industry" The Wolverines is owned and operated by  LeCareous Niles ,Herman Lewis of Power Ultra Lounge and Adam Harris of Big A's Auto Detail . 

"We are incredibly excited to bring professional developmental football Benton community," said Wolverines Owner LeCareous Niles. "We are creating something that not only excites the community, but also is able to give back. We are thrilled to be joining a league with a strong model for success and with regional & national  rivalries."

The team will be located in Benton, Arkansas and their venue will be C.W Lewis Stadium 411 South Market Street Benton, Arkansas 72015 and the whole city as well as the Mayor, Honorable David Mattingly is looking forward to being apart of such a developmental structure within the league. The team already has players on its roster (pics and bios to be released soon).

Wolverines Tryout Announced:

 Arkansas Wolverines will be gearing up for the 2017 GDFL season. Come showcase your Talent come on out. Sunday November 6th. Registration will begin at 12 p.m. sharp.

Requirement: 18 YEARS OLD AND OLDER. $10 TRY-OUT FEE. Cleats, Appropriate Sports wear. See you there.
