FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Little Rock, Arkansas —The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) is proud to officially welcome the Arkansas Kings as a full member for the 2026 season and beyond.

In their inaugural campaign, the Arkansas Kings made an immediate impact—finishing with an outstanding 11-1 overall record, securing their league championship, earning a national championship bid, and ultimately finishing as national runner-up.

“We are more than just a league—we’re a movement,” said GDFL Chief Operations Officer Tracey Hardney-Scott. “Our mission has always been to develop players, coaches, and organizations while setting the bar for what non-NFL football should look like.”

The Arkansas Kings echoed that mission in their response to the announcement:

“At the Arkansas Kings, we couldn’t agree more. We’re proud to be part of a movement that’s bigger than the game. Our mission aligns with the GDFL’s vision—to develop players, coaches, and organizations while setting a higher standard for what non-NFL football should look like. We believe in accountability, growth, and putting in the work every single day. This isn’t just football—it’s legacy-building. Let’s keep pushing the bar…”stated Justin Bowie,Owner Arkansas Kings”.
