A Storm is Coming, Mile High Knights Join the GDFL

Denver, Colorado-The Gridiron Developmental Football League (GDFL) is proud to announce the addition and partnership of the league's newest team, the Mile High Knights.

"We are thrilled to announce the addition of the Mile High Knights ,"stated GDFL Director of Operations-George Burch. "The Knights bring a solid business commitment to the GDFL while solidifying our geographic footprint. We look forward to the intense western rivalries this partnership will bring to the GDFL and help build local partnership with the team and city."

The Mile High Knights will compete as new members in the GDFL's 2021 season. The team will compete and play all their home games at the Shea Stadium in Denver, Colorado .

With the new league, comes a new look as well, the Mile High Knights have unveiled a new uniform, and the biggest change for their fans to notice is the color has changed. The team will be adding more color to their white uniforms to a Teal/Vegas Gold -colored. The new look will feature a white-colored helmet with a black facemask. 


Knights Coaching staff is led by Coach Fred Pruitt, who has been coaching minor league professional for 20 plus years. His assistant coach and defensive coordinator coach is Darnell Brooks. And the offensive coordinator is Adam Randall. The game day staff is being led by Kristin Cleveland and our Knight Volunteer Staff.
