#4 BALTIMORE LIGHTNING (4-0)TAKE ON THE #8 COLUMBUS FIRE (2-1) THIS SATURDAY IN OHIO

by Gridiron Media

Baltimore,MD-The Baltimore Lightning head to Ohio to take on the vaunted Columbus Fire in a game with major playoff implications.

Columbus (2-1) suffered there lone defeat to the Cleveland Rams, whom the Lightning have already beaten twice.

Baltimore and Columbus have both beaten defending national champion Erie.  With a win, the Lightning would be one win away from clinching the division. A win for the Fire would change the outlook on the division though they’d still be a half game behind Baltimore.

This has the makings of a great one. The Lightning bring the GDFL’s top-ranked defense into Ohio where the Fire is always tough.

“We want to shut up all the hype!” says Chris Stokes of the Columbus Fire.

“No hype about us, we’re just a first year GDFL team looking to play some good football.” -Will Hanna, GM of the Baltimore Lightning.

Can’t wait to see this one!
